1.What the service is
Boutique de Viajes is a platform, operated by Eleonora Elenberg from Buenos Aires, Argentina, that travel agencies use to build itineraries and share them with their travellers. It has two parts: the dashboard, for agencies, and the itinerary, which the traveller opens in a browser or in the app with a link and a PIN.
The platform does not sell trips or provide travel services. Flights, hotels, transfers and activities are contracted and backed by each trip’s agency, according to what it agreed with its client.
2.For agencies
- Accounts: each person signs in with their own account and is responsible for keeping their password safe. Account details must be accurate. A new agency may need approval before using the dashboard.
- Team and roles: the agency owner decides who gets access and with which role, and is responsible for what the team does.
- What you upload is yours: itineraries, texts, photos, documents, your brand and your clients’ data. You allow us to store, process and display it only to provide the service.
- Your clients’ data: you are responsible for having a legal basis to enter it (Argentine Law 25,326), especially for sensitive data such as the medical card and for minors’ data, and for answering their access, correction or deletion requests. We process it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- What you publish is your responsibility: prices, times, requirements and conditions the traveller sees. Review it before publishing.
- Artificial intelligence: itinerary import, editing with AI, the day plan, document reading and suggested texts can contain mistakes. That is why they are shown before being applied: review them.
- Fair use: there are limits to prevent abuse (for example, a maximum number of emails to travellers per day). You may not use the service to send spam, upload illegal content or content you have no rights to, or try to access another agency’s data.
- Commercial terms: if any, they are agreed separately with each agency.
- Your data is portable: the owner can download it in Settings › Export data (CSV or JSON) and close the agency from there. Closing it deletes everything permanently. Each person can delete their account in Settings › Security.
3.For travellers
- Your itinerary opens with its link and its PIN. Share them only with the people travelling with you: anyone who has them can see the trip.
- The itinerary content is prepared by your agency. For any question about a service, a booking or a payment, contact them.
- Practical information — weather, visa and passport requirements, flight status, emergency numbers, nearby places, travel times, exchange rates — comes from public sources and is for guidance only. Confirm anything important with the airline, the consulate or the official source.
- The translator and “Ask your trip” use artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Do not rely on them alone for medical, legal or safety matters.
- In an emergency, call the local emergency numbers or your travel assistance provider.
- The offline copy may not include the latest changes: when you are online, open the itinerary to refresh it.
4.Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but there may be interruptions, maintenance or failures of providers (maps, weather, flights, email). We may change, improve or stop offering features; if a change significantly affects agencies, we will announce it in advance.
5.Intellectual property
The software, design and the Boutique de Viajes brand belong to their owner. Each agency’s brand, texts and photos belong to the agency. Photos from external services (Pexels, Unsplash, Wikimedia Commons) are used under their licences.
6.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for the travel services each agency sells, for decisions based only on the app’s guidance information, or for failures of third-party services. Nothing here limits your rights under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240.
7.Suspension and closure
We may suspend an account or an agency that uses the service against these terms or the law, with notice when possible. You can stop using it whenever you want and delete your account or your agency as explained above.
8.Changes
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. If the change is significant, we will announce it in the dashboard or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the new version.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be heard by the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless consumer protection law entitles you to another venue.
